SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Express Shipping – Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after dispatch. Ideal for time-sensitive orders.
- Flat Rate Shipping with Tracking – Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch. All parcels include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location within Australia.
Collectible Coins & Banknotes
All collectible coins and banknotes are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the same condition as described. Items are securely wrapped and protected against movement during transit. We recommend selecting Express Shipping for high-value orders to minimise transit time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
